Separation and determination of penicillin V sulfoxide with thin-layer chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了测定青霉素 V亚砜酸含量的薄层色谱扫描方法 ,以 V(醋酸丁酯 ) :V(冰醋酸 ) :V(5磷酸氢二钠 ) :V(正丁醇 ) =1 2 :4:2 :1为展开剂 ,检测波长 2 85nm,线性范围 5~ 6 0 mg,最低检测限 0 .5mg.方法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好 ,可用于青霉素 V亚砜酸生产的质量控制

     

    Abstract: A method for separation and determination of penicillin V sulfoxide by thin layer chromatography has been established. The developer used was V(n butyl acetate):V(acetic acid):V(5% sodium phosphate):V(n butanol)=12:4:2:1. The detection wavelength was 285 nm, beam size 1.2 mm×1.2 mm, SX=5. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5~60 mg (r=0.995, n=7) and the detectable limit was 0.5 μg. The method has been to be simple, effective, quick, sensitive and reproducible.
