黄缘闭壳龟的孵化生态及胚胎发育过程中死亡因子的研究

Studies on the factors of incubation ecology and embryo death of Cistolemmys flavomarginata Gray

  • 摘要: 对黄缘闭壳龟受精卵的孵化条件进行了研究,它的孵化积温为50688~56784℃,最适孵化温度为28~31℃,孵化基质的含水量以8%~10%较适宜.用1∶1的沙与土混合作为孵化基质孵化率最高.卵的大小及放置方式对孵化效果影响不明显,孵化过程中卵重减轻2.39%~3.71%.孵化温度、孵化基质湿度以及霉菌感染是导致受精卵发育过程中胚胎死亡的主要因素.胚胎在孵化过程中的死亡曲线呈双峰型.

     

    Abstract: The research results indicate that the accumulate temperatures are 50 688~56 784 ℃ for Cistolemmys flavomarginata Gray of eggs by artificial hatching.The most suitable hatching eggs temperature is 28~31℃.The measures of contain water with 8%~10% is appropriate for incubation medium. Hatching rate was the tallest when hatching medium made of 1∶1 sand mix with soil.It do not influence hatching rate of the size of the egg and the way of lay up eggs.The weight of eggs was lighten 2.39%~3.71% in process of hatc...
