  • 摘要: 从核桃壳中提取得到了一种棕色素 ,该色素具有良好的耐热、抗氧化等性能 .

     

    Abstract: One kind of brown matter has been extracted from walnut pericarp and it has good properties of heat resistance and anti oxidation.
