Experimental Studies on Size Effect of Steel Slag Mixture Strength

  • 摘要: 对尺寸为50 mm×50 mm、100 mm×100 mm和150 mm×150 mm钢渣混合料试件的抗压强度进行了对比试验,在对结果回归分析的基础上,得出不同尺寸试件强度之间的关系及龄期与变异系数的关系.结果表明,试件的尺寸大小与无侧限抗压强度没有明显的相关性,且变异系数随龄期的增加呈减小趋势.50 mm×50 mm试件的无侧限抗压强度值变异系数较大,而150 mm×150 mm试件所需土样较多,且强度试验结果离散性较大,而100 mm×100 mm试件的综合性能较好,故建议采用100 mm×100 mm试件作为无侧限抗压强度的试件尺寸

     

    Abstract: The unconfined compression strength test for steel slag mixture specimen of three sizes(50 mm×50 mm,100 mm×100 mm and 150 mm×150 mm) was carried out.The relationships between specimen strength with different sizes and the relationships between variation coefficient and age were obtained by the regression analysis of the test results.The results show that the specimen has no correlativity with the unconfined compressive strength and the variation coefficient decreases with the age increasing.The ...
