新型锂电池用硫/聚合物复合材料的研究

Study on Sulfur/ Polymer Composite Material of Novel Lithium Battery

  • 摘要: 通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析了反应物的结构和制备条件对硫系材料性能的影响.用DSC分析硫与有机聚合物PEO和PVC在高温时发生反应的热量变化,得到了硫与这两种聚合物发生反应的具体参数.通过对材料的电化学性能进行分析,硫与聚合物反应所得材料电化学性能有较大的提高.硫与PVC在305℃反应所得材料的容量性能达到了572 mAh/g,循环性能有明显的改善.

     

    Abstract: The influence of the reactant structure and preparing conditions on the performance of sulfide materials are fully investigated using DSC and FTIR techniques.DSC applications on measurement of thermo changes upon sulfide reacting with PEO or PVC at high temperatures deduced particular parameters for such interactions.And analysis from battery functions showed the material from sulfide and polymers reactions achieved improved electrochemical performances.Initial tests indicated significant increase on the ma...
