碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极测定诺氟沙星的研究

Determination of Nofloxacin with Carbon Nanotube Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

  • 摘要: 用滴涂法制备了一种多壁碳纳米管-Nafion膜修饰玻碳电极,研究了诺氟沙星在修饰电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,修饰电极对诺氟沙星具有良好的电催化作用.在最优条件下,利用微分脉冲伏安法对诺氟沙星的含量进行了测定,氧化峰电流与诺氟沙星的浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R=0.997 9),信噪比等于3时,检出限为5.0×10-8mol/L.该修饰电极对诺氟沙星有良好的选择性和灵敏度,可用于实际样品诺氟沙星含量的测定.

     

    Abstract: A multi-walled carbon nanotube modified electrode was fabricated on a glassy carbon electrode.The voltammetry behaviour of nofloxacin on the modified electrode was studied with cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry. Under optimal condition,the oxidation peak current of Nofloxacin on the MWNTs-Nafion modified electrode was enhanced greatly.The good current-concentration relation was found over rang 1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/mL(R=0.997 9) with a limit detection of 5.0×10-8mol/L(S/N=3) at optional conditi...
