Threshold Dynamics for an HIV Infection Model with Periodic Immune Response

  • 摘要: 建立并研究了一类具有周期免疫反应的HIV 感染模型,得到了病毒消除和持久的阈值———病毒基本再生率.数值模拟验证了理论分析结果.

     

    Abstract: An HIV infection model with periodic immune response is formulated and studied. It is shown that thebasic reproduction ratio of the virus of the model is a threshold parameter between the extinction and persistence of thedisease. Numerical simulations are carried out to support the theoretical results.
