  • 摘要: 研究了UV-B辐射对红球藻生长的影响.在培养的前8 d,藻细胞干质量、叶绿素a含量均升高,9 d之后均呈下降趋势.伴随辐射强度的增强,藻细胞叶绿素Fv/Fm值及细胞放氧速率下降,类胡萝卜素含量增加
