A New Determination Method of Trace Amounts of p-aminophenol in Industrial Wastewaters

  • 摘要: 发现对氨基苯酚对鲁米诺-二甲亚砜-氢氧化钠-乙二胺四乙酸钠化学发光体系有抑制作用,在此基础上建立了测定对氨基苯酚的化学发光分析法.该法灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作简单,测定对氨基苯酚的线性范围为2.5×10-10~5.0×10-8g.mL-1,检出限为1.9×10-10g.mL-1(S/N=3),对5.0×10-9g.mL-1的对氨基苯酚标准溶液进行15次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.78%.该法用于工业废水中痕量对氨基苯酚的测定,结果令人满意.提出了化学发光抑制作用机理可能是对氨基苯酚与鲁米诺竞争消耗由二甲亚砜-氢氧化钠-O2体系产生的O2-,从而使化学发光强度降低.

     

    Abstract: A novel flow injection method was developed for the determination of p-aminophenol based on the inhibition of the chemiluminescence from luminol-dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)-NaOH-EDTA system by p-aminophenol.The method has advantages of high sensitivity,wide linear range,simple procedure,and rapid analyzing speed.It is applicable for the determination of p-aminophenol in the range of 2.5×10~(-10)~5.0×10~(-8) g·mL~(-1) with the detection limit of 1.9×10~(-10) g·mL~(-1).The relative standard deviation(RSD) for 5.0...
