秸秆双酶糖化条件试验研究

Study on the Straw Saccharification Conditions with Cellulase and Xylanase Simultaneously

  • 摘要: 利用双酶(纤维素酶、木聚糖酶)对秸杆直接糖化的条件进行了研究,结果表明:在纤维素酶1%、木聚糖酶0.01%、45℃、pH4.5、150 rpm、液固比为15时,作用72 h秸秆的糖化率最大,达到为10.815%;秸秆的糖化液中的还原性糖中主要有木糖和葡萄糖两种成份,比例分别为65%~68%和25%~33%.

     

    Abstract: The straw saccharification conditions with cellulose and xylanase simultaneously was studied.The result shows the maximum saccharification rate(10.815%) of straw was obtained under the conditions as follow:45 ℃,pH4.5,150 rpm,the ratio of liquid to solid is 15,the ratio of cellulase and xylanase to straw is 1% and(0.01%) separately,and the saccharification time is 72 h.Glucose and xylose are the two main reducing sugar in the saccharification liquid of straw and their content are 65%~68% and 25%~33% separate...
