茶叶的冷驯化反应及其与Ca~(2+)的关系

The Responses of Tea to Cool Acclimation and its Association with Ca~(2+)

  • 摘要: 以低温半致死温度(LT50)和膜脂过氧化程度为指标,检测了薮北茶(Yabu Kita)的冷驯化反应,并结合CaC l2、Ca2+螯合剂EGTA、CaM拮抗剂氯丙嗪(CPZ)的处理,探索了薮北茶的低温反应与Ca2+之间的关系.结果发现:(1)薮北茶对低温的感受较为灵敏,在冷驯化4 h后,LT50开始降低,并随着冷驯化时间的延长(4~72h),LT50呈现不断降低的趋势;(2)薮北茶对低温的反应与Ca2+和CaM等Ca2+激活蛋白类有关;(3)茶叶对CPZ的反应很敏感.

     

    Abstract: The reaction of Yabu Kita to cool acclimation was investigated with half lethal low temperature(LT50) and lipid over oxidation as the criterion.The relationship of low temperature responses of Yabu Kita and Ca2+ was studied with the treatment of CaCl2、EGTA(chelator of Ca2+)or CPZ(antagonist of Ca2+ activation protein).The results show:(1) YabuKita is sensitive to low temperature.Its LT50 begins to decrease after 4 h in cool domestication and drops gradually along with cold domestication(4~72 h).(2) Ca2+、CaM...
