信阳市水产养殖与水体环境保护相互关系的思考

Relations between Fishery Industry and Water Environment Protection in Xinyang

摘要: 信阳市具有发展水产养殖业优越的自然条件,水产养殖业发展水平与其条件相比则不和谐,主要原因是水体生态环境建设没有得到根本保障.处理好水体养殖业与水体环境保护关系的主要措施是:深入开展农田水利基本建设,建设农田水利基本建设示范工程;开展小流域综合治理规划,把小流域生态治理与综合开发利用结合起来;加强大、中型水库水质的监测管理;加强农村水产养殖业与畜禽养殖业的规划与管理,建设生态养殖模式和示范工程.

Abstract: The development of fishery industry in Xinyang is not harmony with its advantage ous natural conditions,the reason of which is in that the waterbodies' ecological environment have been badly destructed.This paper has analyzed the present situation of fishery industry and its relations with changes of water environments of Xinyang city.Some countermeasures improving water ecological environments and enhancing fishery industry deveopment were put forward.
