  • 摘要: 采用微型化学实验法测定盐酸黄连素的含量,与常规实验法相比较,该方法具有使用试剂量小、污染小等特点.测定结果t0.059=1.365小于检验临界值t0.059=2.262.此结果满意,方法可靠.

     

    Abstract: A new method based the microscale chemical experiments for the determination of muriatic acid berberine was proposed.Compared with the traditional method,the new method have the characteristics of less pollution and small sample volume.The result of t0.05 9(1.365)is less than that of threshold volume(2.262).
