槐花米中黄酮物质的提取及其光度分析

Extraction and Analysis of Flavonoids Componentes from Flos Sophora

  • 摘要: 探讨用芦丁作标准品,以NaAc-KAl(SO4)2为显色剂,于420 nm处测定槐花米中总黄酮的含量.结果表明,NaAc-KAl(SO4)2显色法测定槐花米中总黄酮含量的显色稳定性和重复性良好.显色体系最大吸收波长为430 nm,加入土温-40后,其最大吸收波长紫移至420 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.906×104L.mol-1.cm-1,芦丁含量在1.6×10-3~1.0×10-2g/L范围内服从比耳定律.将该方法用于槐花米中总黄酮含量测定,结果满意.同时研究了从槐花米中提取黄酮的几种方法,通过比较,得出微波法是较理想的提取方法.

     

    Abstract: The Rutin,was used as a standard compound,the quantities of Flavonoids Componentes were measured with NaAc-KAl(SO4)2 as colouration reagent at 420 nm.The result shows that the stability and reproduciblity are good.The molar absorption coefficient is 6.906×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 420 nm in the prescence of Tween-40.Beer's law is obeyed for Rutin in the range of 1.6×10-3~1.0×10-2 g/L.This method has been applied to the determination of Flavonoids Componentes in Flos Sophorae with satisfactory results.At the same ...
