白腐真菌菌丝生长的物理化学条件研究

Study on Physicochemical Conditions of White-rot Fungus Mycelial Growth

  • 摘要: 研究环境条件对白腐真菌生长的影响.探讨了合成培养基中的葡萄糖浓度、稻壳浸出液及环境条件中的温度、pH值、转速、培养时间等单因素对白腐真菌生长的影响;同时,又研究了多因素综合影响,试验表明,当转速160 r/min,温度30℃,稻壳浸出液0.419 mL/mL,葡萄糖浓度35 g/L,pH值3.5时,白腐真菌生长得最好,干质量达到4.563 g/L.

     

    Abstract: Environmental conditions influencing the white-rot fungus(Phanerochaete chrysosporium) growth such as glucose concentration,rice hull lixivium in the synthetic medium,temperature,pH,rotational speed,culture time and it s varies groups were studied.The results indicated that the white-rot fungus growth was the best at the condition of 160 r/min,30 ℃,0.419 mL/mL rice hull lixivium,35 g/L glucose,pH3.5.The dry weight of the white-rot fungus attained to 4.563 g/L.
