珍珠岩高温碱溶制取水玻璃

Preparation of sodium silicate from high temperature alkali dissolution of pearlite

  • 摘要: 将珍珠岩与 Na OH混合进行高温碱溶 ,结果表明 :珍珠岩与 Na OH的质量比为 1 .0 0∶ 0 .75 ,在5 5 0℃灼烧 1 h,可使珍珠岩的化学有效成份 Si O2 溶出率达 83 %以上 ,溶出液可做工业用水玻璃 ,经分析质量达到国家标准 .

     

    Abstract: Pearlite and NaOH are mixed at high temperture to get alkali dissolution. The result shows that the quantity ratio of pearlite and NaOH is 1.00∶0.75. Burnt at 550 ℃ for 1 h ,the digestion rate of the valid chemistry composition SiO 2 of parlite can reach 83% or above .The digested liquor can be used as the industry sodium silicate, and come up to the national standard by analyzing the quantity.
