富钙偏碱的岩溶土壤对檵木叶片显微结构的影响

Effect of the Lime-stone Soil with Rich Calcium on the Lamina Anatomical Structure of Loropetalum ch

  • 摘要: 对桂林毛村岩溶区与非岩溶区檵木叶片显微结构和钙形态进行了分析.结果表明,岩溶区与非岩溶区檵木叶片在宽度和厚度、气孔分布频率、上表皮细胞大小和栅栏组织厚度等方面存在显著差异,岩溶区檵木叶片呈现出旱生结构特征;叶片钙形态分布的主要差异在于酸溶态和残渣态,岩溶区檵木叶片钙含量高达29679.75mg/kg,残渣态钙含量是非岩溶区的31.2倍.推测残渣态主要沉积在细胞壁和胞间层基质中,加固了细胞壁,并限制了细胞分裂.

     

    Abstract: The effect of the limestone soil in karst area and the red soil in nonkarst area,on the lamina morphological anatomy of Loropetalum chinense was studied,and the calcium speciation in leaves of Loropetalum chinense was analyzed.The results showed that:(1)the lamina morphological characteristics of Loropetalum chinense under two kinds of site condition in vitro are quite different in the leaf thickness,stomatal aparatus,densities of epidermal-cell,thickness of cutin.Loropetalum chinense is xeromorphy in karst...
