Primary studies on resistant freeze of the Tea Plants "nong kang zao"and "shi sheng cha

  • 摘要: 对良种茶“农抗早”和“实生茶”经受寒冻后的光合作用速率、光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量进行了比较研究 ,提出了长江以北地区引种“农抗早”替代目前的“实生茶”将会提高茶业生产经济效益的建议

     

    Abstract: After freezing,the photosynthesis rate and the contents of photosynthesis pigment and soluble protein of both tea the "nong kang zao"and "shi sheng cha" were investigated.It is conclusion that the quality of the "nong kang zao" is better than that of the "shi sheng cha".So,the "nong kang zao" can replace the "shi sheng cha" in the north area of Yangtze River.
