纳米In_2O_3的微乳液法合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Indium Oxide Nanopowder

  • 摘要: 以无机盐为原料,采用微乳液法制备纳米三氧化二铟粉体,研究了微乳液反应条件及反应后处理对纳米氧化铟粉体质量的影响,利用差热-热重(TG-DTA)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段对所制纳米氧化铟粉体的结构、粒度、形貌、成分等进行了表征与分析.结果表明:该法制得的氧化铟纳米粉具有立方体心结构,纯度较高,颗粒均匀呈球形,分散性良好,平均粒径达14 nm.

     

    Abstract: Indium oxide nanopowder was prepared by microemulsion method using inorganic salt as starting materials.The research is focused on the influence of reaction condition and after treatment of precipitation etc.The structure,particle size,morphology and composition of In2O3 nanopowder are characterized and analysed by means of TG-DTA,IR,XRD and SEM.The results indicated that the In2O3 powder prepared by this method has cube structure,high purity,well distribution with spherical grains,finer dispersion and the ...
