龙葵多糖提取分离工艺研究

Study on the Technology for Extracting and Separating Polysaccharide from Solanum Nigrum L.

  • 摘要: 采用水浴法设计三因素三水平正交试验,对龙葵多糖提取工艺进行研究;采用乙醇沉淀法设计三因素三水平正交试验对其分离工艺进行探索.正交试验结果表明:水浴法提取中三因素对龙葵多糖提取的影响顺序为:提取温度料液比提取时间,最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶10,提取时间30 m in,提取温度80℃;乙醇沉淀法分离龙葵多糖中三因素的影响顺序为:乙醇浓度沉淀时间乙醇加入量,最佳分离工艺为:乙醇浓度90%,沉淀时间8 h,乙醇加入量3倍体积,这些条件的确定为龙葵的大规模开发和应用奠定了基础.

     

    Abstract: The orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was designed for the nigrum polysaccharide extraction techonology by water bath method.The experimental result of orthogonal experiment showed that the influence factors of water bath is in the order as: extract temperatureratio of solid to liquidextract time.The optimal extraction condition is obtained with ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶10 at 80 ℃ and 30 minutes for three times.The influence factors of ethanol precipitation w..
