Study on the Biological Characteristic of Favolus squamosus

  • 摘要: 通过野外调查及室内试验观察,对宽鳞大孔菌Favolus squam osus(Huds.ex Fr.)Am es生态特点、形态与结构特征、培养性状等生物学特性进行了研究.结果表明,宽鳞大孔菌子实体菌肉肥厚,香味浓,多丛生,具有重要的人工栽培与开发价值;其子实体为二型菌丝类型,生殖菌丝无色透明,有分支,具横隔.子实层由担子与担孢子构成,无囊状体.担子棒状,每担子可产生4个担孢子.通常条件下,担孢子萌发率较低,营养菌丝生长缓慢,生长一段时间后易产生厚垣孢子.

     

    Abstract: Study on the biological characteristic of Favolus squamosus was undertaken.The results showed that the fungus had fleshy sporocarps.Its sporocarps were constituted with two kinds of hyphas and with strong fragrance.The hyphas were achromaticity,transparence,embranchment and with septas.Its hymenium was constituted with basidia and basidiospores but cystidia.Each of the basidia had four basidiospores.In normal condition,the basidiospores germination rate was low and the nourishment hyphas grew slow on PSA me...
