  • 摘要: 超低温保存是保存水稻种质的一种有效方法。水稻组织培养物超低温保存的效果常受到材料特性、冰冻保护剂、降温冰冻法、后处理及恢复培养等因素的影响。介绍了超低温保存的原理及影响因素,同时对水稻组织培养物超低温保存的最新研究作了综述

     

    Abstract: Cryopreservation is an effective method for conserving germplasm of Oryxa species. Cryopreservation of tissue cultures of rice is usually influenced by some factors, such as material properties, cryoprotectant, freezing procedure, treatment after freezing and renewing culture. The principles and effect factors of cryopreservation were introducsd and the latest researches of cryopreservation on tissue of riceeas reviewed.
