乙草胺微乳液乳化剂的选择及配比关系研究

Study on the Choice and the Ratio of Acetochlor Microemulsion Emulsifier

  • 摘要: 介绍了具有优良除草性能的除草剂——乙草胺新剂型微乳剂(SAA),简述了该剂型的特点.通过实验筛选出了用于配制乙草胺微乳液的乳化剂品种钙盐B、醚A及助表面活性剂正丁醇,并得出了它们的最佳配比关系∶m(醚A)∶m(钙盐B)∶m(正丁醇)=4∶1∶3.从经济的角度出发,得到了SAA和乙草胺原油之间最佳配比为m(SAA)∶m(Oil)=0.85∶0.15.同时对配出的乙草胺微乳液取样进行的性能评价表明,所配微乳液完全合格.实验表明,用此方法配制的微乳液品种分解率低、质量稳定、使用安全、社会效益显著.这种寻找SAA和乙草胺原油之间配比关系的方法,给乙草胺微乳液各组分的配比提供了全新的研究方法.

     

    Abstract: A new herbicide formulations of excellent herbicidal properties-acetochlor microemulsion(SAA) was introduced and the characteristics of the new formulation outlined.The emulsifiers of forming ethylicin microemulsion have been chosen through the experiment and they are calcium salt B,ether A and assistant surfactant n-butanol.The best ratio was m(ether A)∶ m(calcium B)∶ m(n-butanol) = 4∶1∶ 3.In views of the economic point,the best ratio between SAA and acetochlor crude oil was m(SAA)∶ m(Oil) = 0.85∶0.15.Expe...
