  • 摘要: 河南省地处中原,位于全国二、三级地貌阶梯的过渡带,是一个泥石流多发地区,造成了生命财产的重大损失.泥石流灾害受地质、地貌、水文、气象、土壤、植被等自然因素和人为因素综合作用的控制,是山区地质环境和生态环境恶化的产物.文章首先介绍了河南省泥石流概况,分析了河南省泥石流发育特征及其成因,归纳出10个主要泥石流发生的环境条件因子,对其量化权重标准进行了说明;并以小秦岭地区为例,对泥石流灾害趋势进行了分析评价.
