Effects of CO_3~(2-) Ions on Corrosion Behavior of Q235 Steel in Soil

  • 摘要: 利用极化曲线技术、电化学阻抗测试技术等方法,研究了CO32-对Q235钢在土壤中腐蚀行为的影响.实验结果表明,CO32-对Q235钢腐蚀的影响显著.Q235钢的腐蚀速率随土壤中CO32-含量的增加,Q235钢在土壤中的腐蚀速率也增加,当CO32-的质量百分含量增加到0.28%时,腐蚀速率达到最大,然后腐蚀速率随着CO32-含量增加而减小,最后趋于一稳定值15μA.cm-2左右.

     

    Abstract: The effects of CO32-ions on corrosion of Q235 steel in Guizhou soil were studied by using polarization curve technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The soil was collected from the city of Zunyi.It was found that CO32-ions obviously affected the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel. When the content of CO32-ions in the soil increased,the corrosion rate of Q235 steel increased.As the content of CO32-ions was 0.28%,the corrosion rate was the fastest.Then the corrosion rate would decrease with th...
