Studies on Cytoplasmic Effects of K-type Male Sterile System in Wheat

  • 摘要: K质对杂种F1开花期旗叶的净光合速率和呼吸速率无不良影响,在与一定核型作用下,能够提高净光合速率。对抽穗期旗叶过氧化物酶同工酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的表达有影响。发现细胞色素氧化酶同工酶与小麦细胞质雄性不育有关。

     

    Abstract: Acording to the determination of biochemistry,net photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate determined from flag leaves of hybrid F 1 in flowering stage were not influenced by K-type cytoplasm significamty,increased results were abtained from the interaction among some genotypes and Ae.Kotschyi cytoplasm.however,the expression of peroxidase isozymes and cytochromeoxidase isozymes determined from flag leaves in heading stage were influenced by K-type cytoplasm.and the cytochromeoxidase isozymes pattern sugge...
