有机膨润土的制备及对造纸废水中酸性大红3R的吸附

Preparing of Organic Bentonite and the Adsorption of Acid Dark Red 3R in the Papermaking Wastewater

  • 摘要: 对信阳上天梯钙基膨润土进行钠化后,用湿法加入溴代十六烷基三甲铵进行有机改性,研究改性后的膨润土吸附造纸废水中酸性大红3R(Acid scarlet 3R)的情况.实验表明:控制温度为65℃,pH值6,加入量6 g/L时对色素的去除率达97%.

     

    Abstract: The Ca-bentonite from Shangtianti Xinyang was treated Na-modification,followed by organic modification with hexadecyltri-methylammonium bromide(CTMAB) in the wet process.The adsorption of acid scarlet 3R in papermaking wastewater on modified bentonite was investigated.The pigment could be removed by 97% under the conditions of temperature 65 ℃,pH 6 with the amount of the modified bentonite 6 g·L-1.
