铅、镉及其复合污染对小麦生理生化特性的影响

Effects of Cadmium,Lead and Their Combined Pollution on the Physiological and Biochemical Characteri

  • 摘要: 用离子浓度分别为0、5、10、20、50 mg.L-1的Pb2+、Cd2+处理液及离子浓度为0、5+5、10+10、20+20、50+50 mg.L-1的Pb2+、Cd2+复合处理液分别处理经过珍珠岩栽培后又在1/2 Hoagland培养液进行培养的小麦幼苗,10 d后对其叶片的保护酶SOD、POD和CAT的活性进行测定.结果表明:在Pb2+、Cd2+单一及复合污染下,根系活力不断降低,细胞膜透性(CMP)不断升高,对SOD、POD及CAT活性均表现为先升后降的趋势.

     

    Abstract: The wheat seeds planted with pearl rock and cultivated by 1/2 Hoagland cultivation solution were treated with Pb2+,Cd2+ solution of 0,5,10,20,50 mg/L and their combined pollution solution of 0、5+5、10+10、20+20、50+50 mg·L-1.The effects of cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb) and their combined pollution on physiological and bio-chemical characteristic of wheat were studied.The results showed that under the condition of Pb2+、Cd2+ and their combined pollution,the roots vigors declined and Cellular Membrane Penetration(CMP) rai...
