ECG Beat Classifier Based on Neural Network and Modified Ant Colony Algorithm

  • 摘要: 采用改进型蚁群算法优化神经网络模型,构造一个蚁群神经网络的ECG分类器,并对MIT/BIH心律失常数据库中的4类心搏进行分类.结果表明,本文的蚁群神经网络能改善网络性能,有效地避免局部极优,提高训练速度,获得了比BP算法更好的心搏分类性能.

     

    Abstract: An electrocardiographic (ECG) beat classifier based on neural network and modified ant colony algorithm is created by applying modified ant colony algorithm to neural network. Using the classifier, 4 types of ECG beats in MIT/BIH arrhythmia database are classified.
