四(3,4-亚甲二氧基苯基)卟啉及其钴配合物的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Meso-Tetra(3,4-Methylenedioxy Benzaldehyde)Porphyrin and Its Cobal

  • 摘要: 以3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛(胡椒醛)和吡咯为原料合成3,4-亚甲二氧基苯基卟啉及其钴配合物,探索溶剂、催化剂等反应条件对产品纯度及产率的影响.结果表明,以丙酸为溶剂及催化剂制备3,4-亚甲二氧基苯基卟啉的产率高、纯度好.新化合物结构分别被UV-Vis,IR,1HNMR及元素分析所证实.

     

    Abstract: The synthesis methods of 3,4-methylenedioxy benzaldehyde porphyrin and its cobalt complexes were researched.The influence of the reaction condition such as solvent and catalyst was explored in the product purity and yield.The results indicated that 3,4-methylenedioxy benzaldehyde porphyrin was high yield and purity with the propionic acid as solvent and catalysts.Their structures were confirmed by UV-Vis,IR,1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
