半夏组织培养快速繁殖的研究

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Pinellia Ternata

  • 摘要: 用半夏珠芽作外植体,在添加IAA3.0mg/L和BA0.5mg/L的MS固体培养基上可诱导出一种乳白色生长快的愈伤组织。愈伤组织在不含激素的MS固体培养基上可一步分化成完整小植株,在液体培养基中震荡培养可形成大量小块茎。小植株移栽成活率92%,小块茎种植萌发成苗率54.3%。

     

    Abstract: Callus were induced from explants of bulbils of Pinellia ternata Breit on MS medium with IAA 3.0 mg/L +BA0.5mg/L The milky callus induced from bulbils grown quickly. The callus could differentiate into the plantlets on solid culture and into plenty of tubers on liquid shake culture on MS mediums without plant growth hormone. The survival rate of transplanted plantlet was 92% The germination capacity of transplanted tubers was 54.3%
