半夏人工种子的研究

Study on the Artificial Seeds of Pinallia Ternata

  • 摘要: 以半夏株芽生长的茎尖作外植体诱导小块茎,筛选直径5mm的小块茎制作人工种子。人工种子在有菌条件下萌发,30天后统计成苗率98.4%。人工种子苗块茎产量是栽培苗的2.02倍,是试管苗的1.33倍,生物碱含量是栽培苗的1.62倍,是试管苗的1.12倍,是野生苗的1.17倍。

     

    Abstract: Plents of tubers were induced when stem apex grown up from the tuber of Pinallia ternata was used as explants to culture.The tubers 5mm in diameter were sieved to make artifical seeds.In natural conditions,the conversion rate of artificial seed is 98.4% after 30 days of cultivating.The output of artificial seed seedling is 2.02 times of cultivating seedling's,1.33 times of tube seedling's;the contents of alkaloid is 1.62 times of cultivating seedling's,1.12 times of tube seedling's,1.17 times of tuber wild ...
