Determination of terahydropalmalin in corydalis ambigua cham by TLCS

  • 摘要: 采用薄层扫描法测定药材延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量 .以石油醚 ( 60~ 90℃ ) -醋酸乙酯 -无水乙醇 ( 2 0∶ 1 7∶ 1 )为展开剂 ,检测波长为 5 1 0 nm,参比波长为 60 0 nm,SX=3 ,标准曲线 Y=1 .0 98X+1 .0 645 ,r=0 .9973 ,线性范围 0 .5 0 7~ 2 .5 3 5μg,平均回收率 98.0 % ,RSD=2 .1 % .

     

    Abstract: The terahydropalmalin in corydalis ambigua cham was determined by thin layer scanning method.The optimal conditions are as follows,petroleum ether-ethylacetate-alcohol(20∶17∶1)as developing agent,detecting wave length of 510 nm and reference wave length of 600 nm (S_X=3).The calibration curve equation is Y=1.098X+1.0645(r=0.9973), linear range of 0.507~2.535 μg with recovery of 98.0% and RSD of 2.1%.
