不同小麦品种的耐盐性比较研究

Comparative Studies on Salt Tolerance of Wheat Varieties DK961 and LU15

  • 摘要: 比较了小麦品种德抗961和鲁麦15的耐盐阈值,盐胁迫下的出苗率、出苗时间、光合速率以及干重.结果显示:德抗961的耐盐阈值是鲁麦15的1.5倍,前者是287 mmol/L NaCl,后者为190 mmol/L NaCl;盐胁迫下,与鲁麦15相比德抗961出苗及时,并且整齐,光合速率在较高浓度的盐胁迫下才表现出明显降低,其净生物产量与对照相比的降低率是鲁麦15的1/2.

     

    Abstract: The salt-tolerant thresholds,germination percentages,germination time,photosynthetic rates and dry weights of Dekang961(DK961) and Lumai15(LU15) were examined under NaCl stress.The result showed that the salt-tolerant thresholds are 287 and 190 mmol/L NaCl for Dk961 and LU15 respectively,in certain scope and under different salt treatment.The photosynthetic rate of Dekang 961 is all higher than that of LU15.The germination percentages of both DK961 and LU15 decreased and germinative time was delayed,but the...
