膨润土/纤维素/丙烯酸共聚复合吸水材料的制备

Synthesis of Bentonite/Cellulose/Acrylic Acid Composite with High Water Absorbency

  • 摘要: 采用水溶液交联共聚法,制备了膨润土/纤维素/丙烯酸复合吸水材料,探索了制备过程中各种因素的影响,找出了吸水材料制备的最佳条件.当膨润土、纤维素、引发剂和交联剂添加量分别为单体质量的15%、2%、0.8%和0.04%,丙烯酸中和度为80%,反应温度为80℃时制得的吸水材料的吸液能力最强.其吸水率和吸盐水率分别为368和63.

     

    Abstract: A material with high water absorbency composite of cellulose and bentonite and acrylic acid was synthesized in aqueous solution.Mass fraction of cellulose,bentonite,initiator,cross-linker,acrylic acid neutralization degree and temperater were investigated.The results showed that optimal synthesized conditions(based on totalmass of reaction system) are: mass fraction of bentonite 15%,cellulose 2%,initiator 0.8%,cross-linker 0.04%,acrylic acid neutralization degree 80% and temperature 80 ℃.The absorbency was ...
