自组装二维银纳米粒子的复合Langumir-Blodgett膜的结构及表面增强拉曼散射研究

The structure and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)study of complex langumir-blodgett films o

  • 摘要: 利用Langumir-Blodgett(LB)技术制备了单层的LB膜,通过自组装的方法将银颗粒组装到LB膜上,形成了成膜分子—银纳米粒子二维结构的复合LB膜.AFM和π—A曲线表明调节成膜分子的比例,银离子可以亚单层形式排列于基底表面.拉曼光谱研究表明,该基底显示出了良好的表面增强拉曼散射效应.

     

    Abstract: The composite monolayer films were prepared by the LangumirBlodgett technique.Selfassembly of colloidal silver particls on LangumirBlodgett films led to surfactantssilver nanoparticles of twodimension complex.AFM and πA curve characterization indicate that silver particles were assembled on the substrate as a submonolayer by adjusting the ratio of surfactants.Raman spectrum reveals that it exhibits good SERS effect.
