水热合成法制备高纯ZnSnO3纳米粒子

Synthesis of Pure ZnSnO3 Nanoparticles by Hydrothermal Method

  • 摘要: 以醋酸锌((CH3COO)2Zn.2H2O)和四氯化锡(SnCl4.5H2O)为原料,采用有机碱四甲基氢氧化铵(N(CH3)4OH)作为矿化剂,用水热合成方法制备高纯钙钛矿型ZnSnO3纳米粒子,并采用XRD、TG-DTA、IR等分析方法表征产物的晶体结构和形态.结果表明:反应过程中存在着明显的晶型转化,反应温度和时间是合成高纯ZnSnO3纳米粒子的关键因素.反应时间的延长和温度的升高,有利于晶体的生长和晶形转化.前驱体Zn2+浓度的提高,有利于制备较小的ZnSnO3纳米粒子

     

    Abstract: Perovskite ZnSnO3 nanoparticles were synthesised by a hydrothermal method using(CH3COO)2Zn·2H2O and SnCl4·5H2O as materials and the organic base tetramethylammonium hydroxide(N(CH3) 4OH) as the mineralizer.The microstructure and morphology were investigated by XRD、TG-DTA and IR.It was shown that the crytal transformation was existed in the reaction process.The reaction temperature and time was crucial to producing pure ZnSnO3 nanoparticles.The pure samples could be prepared pretty easily with th..
