东陂长汀品唇鳅的生长特性

Growth Characteristics of Pseudogastromyzon (Labigastromyzon)Changtingensis Tungpeiensis Chen et Liang

  • 摘要: 2013年5-9月在北江上游采集到东陂长汀品唇鳅(PseudogastromyzonLabigastromyzonchangtingensis tungpeiensis Chen et Liang)157尾,对其生长特性进行分析.结果表明,东陂长汀品唇鳅雌性和雄性样本间,体长与体质量的关系存在显著的差异性(P<0.05).雌性样本体长与体质量的关系为W=0.029L2.820,为异速生长;雄性为W=0.019L3.002,为匀速生长.体长与轮径之间呈线性关系,雌性为y=0.232x+21.52,雄性为y=0.289x+19.28.Von Bertalanffy生长方程雌性为Lt=72.52(1-e-0.15(t+2.70)),Wt=7.74(1-e-0.15(t+2.70)2.820,雄性为Lt=81.34(1-e-0.14(t+2.74)),Wsub>t=10.26(1-e-0.14(t+2.74)3.002.东陂长汀品唇鳅拐点年龄分别为雌性4.21龄、雄性5.11龄,在拐点年龄处对应的体长和体质量分别是雌性46.80 mm和2.25 g,雄性54.23 mm和3.04 g.

     

    Abstract: The 157 Pseudogastromyzon (Labigastromyzon) changtingensis tungpeiensis Chen et Liang were sampled in the upper Beijiang river in May and September 2013, and their growth characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the relationship between body length and body weight between the male and female samples (P<0.05). The relationship between female body length and body weight was W=0.029L2.820, which was allosteric growth. Male W=0.019L3.002 was uniform growth. There was a linear relationship between body length and scale, and female was y=0.232x+21.52, male was y=0.289x+19.28. Von Bertalanffy Growth equation female:Lt=72.52(1-e-0.15(t+2.70)),Wt=7.74(1-e-0.15(t+2.70))2.820,male was Lt=81.34(1-e-0.14(t+2.74)),Wt=10.26(1-e-0.14(t+2.74))3.002. The inflorescence age of the female was 4.21 and the male was 5.11 years. The body length and body weight at the inflection point were 46.80 mm and 2.25 g, 54.23 mm and 3.04 g respectively.
