Construction of Adaptive Landscape for a Non-gradient System

  • 摘要: 针对二维非梯度系统构造了适应景观,定性分析了系统分别在有选择、重组、连锁不平衡作用的演化趋势.首次通过构造广义Lyapunov函数的方法定量地给出了适应景观,澄清了细致不平衡和旋度为零不是适应景观存在与否的判据.

     

    Abstract: Based on the two-dimensional non-gradient system, the adaptive landscape is constructed. The qualitative analysis of the system is gotten in the action of selection, recombination and the linkage disequilibrium. And for the first time, through the method of constructing the generalized Lyapunov function, the adaptive landscape is given quantitatively. It is clarified that the detailed balance and zero curl is not the criterion for the existence of the adaptive landscape.
