近红外光谱技术在主要粮食作物品质研究中的应用

Application Research in the Qualities of the Major Grain Crops with Near Infrared Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 近红外光谱分析技术是一种能进行定量和定性分析与检测的现代技术,目前在主要粮食作物的遗传改良与育种过程中发挥着重要的作用.综述了近红外光谱分析技术在水稻、小麦、玉米等主要粮食作物及其相关农作物品质研究中的应用方面取得的新进展,并分析了近红外光谱分析技术在主要粮食作物品质研究中的应用前景,以期为广大农作物品质的遗传改良与新品种的培育提供参考与借鉴.

     

    Abstract: Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a modern technology for quantitative and qualitative analysis. In recent years, the technology of NIRS plays an important role in the genetic improvement and breeding of major grain crops.The recent advances in qualities of the application research of the major grain crops such as rice, wheat, maize was reviewed.Meanwhile,the application prospect of NIRS in the fields of qualities of major grain crops was analyzed. Thus, an important reference for the genetic improvement of crop quality and the cultivation of new crops varieties was provided.
