非编码RNA在肌肉生长发育中的调控作用研究进展

Research Progress Regulation of Non-coding RNAs in Muscle Growth and Development

  • 摘要: 非编码RNA (noncoding RNA,ncRNA)在肌肉生长发育过程中发挥着重要的作用,参与调控骨骼肌干细胞的增殖、分化和肌纤维的肥大等过程.利用30篇文献综述了3类非编码RNA (长链非编码RNA、miRNA和环状RNA)在骨骼肌生长发育中的最新研究进展,旨在为肌肉疾病的治疗和农业动物生产性能的改良提供新思路.

     

    Abstract: Noncoding RNA (ncRNA),which plays an important role in the process of muscle growth and development, involves in skeletal muscle stem cells proliferation,differentiation and muscle fibers hypertrophy. In this article,30 literatures were used to review the latest research progress of three types of non-coding RNAs (long non-coding RNAs, miRNAs and circular RNAs) in skeletal muscle growth and development, in order to provide new ideas to the treatment of muscle diseases and the improvement of farm animal growthperformance.
