具有两类感染者的随机HIV模型

The Stochastic HIV Model with Two Kinds of Infections

  • 摘要: 研究了具有两类感染者的随机HIV模型.首先,对于任意的正初始值,系统都存在唯一的全局正解;其次证明了当基本再生数R0<1时,无病平衡态是几乎必然局部指数稳定的;当R0>1时,无病平衡态是几乎必然局部指数不稳定的.最后通过数值模拟验证主要结果.

     

    Abstract: A kind of stochastic HIV model with two kinds of infections is investigated. It is firstly obtained that the system admits an unique positive global solution starting from the positive initial value. The results show that the disease-free equilibrium is exponentially stable if the basic reproduction number R0<1, and the disease-free equilibrium is exponentially instable if the basic reproduction number R0>1. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to verify the theoretical results.
