大豆BGLU基因家族全基因组鉴定与表达分析

Genome-wide Identification and Expression Analysis of BGLU Family Genes in Soybean

  • 摘要: 在植物中,β-葡萄糖苷酶(BGLU)参与调控许多重要的生理过程.利用大豆基因组数据库,共鉴定了42个大豆BGLU家族基因,对该家族成员的基因特征、蛋白结构、系统进化、染色体定位、启动子调控元件和表达模式等进行了全面分析.为今后研究大豆BGLU家族基因的功能提供了基因信息.

     

    Abstract: In plants, beta-glucosidase (BGLU) is involved in many important physiological processes, including the release of chemicals to resist external invasion, the lignification of cell walls, the activation of plant hormones and plant secondary metabolism. The 42 genes of soybean BGLU family were identified using soybean genome database. The gene characteristics, protein structure, phylogenetic evolution, chromosome localization, promoter regulatory elements and expression patterns of the family members were analyzed comprehensively. These results will provide important genetic information for the future function study of BGLU family genes in soybean.
